I was initially nervous ordering this after seeing some of the reviews. I'm glad I ordered it. This melts the wax fast, works beautifully and cleanup is easy. No complaints. I would recommend this item to everyone

I love that it is big and it holds/mets and keep warm the wax. The only thing I have a minor issue with is , I wish that on the dial there was a better marker/ pointer/ line to note where you setting the temperature gauge

A big failure, I wasted my money, it leak after just a week of using it.

I am very impressed with this wax melter. I was able to load it easily and it melted the wax in no time. Cleanup is very minimal it does not leak and it doesn’t get too hot. It doesn’t take up a lot of space either which is also one of my concerns.

this product comes with some supplies, that is a nice bonus to a really good wax melter. The controls are easy to work and the cleanup is minimal

The red light is on but it doesn't really run or do anything.i have read the instructions and tried restarting it a few times only the red light is functioning.
