Q: I just set up the humidifier, and the entire gallon of water just leaked out of the tank! it was leaking from both sides of the bottom! what gives?

Obviously damaged during shipment. Request refund.

Q: The probe stopped working after 3 weeks. Any way to replace it?

I got mine replaced and it broke again instantly. I’m thinking of upgrading to a different mister because I’ve had repeated issues with this.
