Decent I'd say, it gets the job done.
I needed a large number of these lights and i bought two of these ones to check out how good they are. I don't know if there are any better ones in this price range, but for the price range, I think these ones does the job. I used it to decorate my home as outdoor lights, not the brightest thing in the world but I guess it justifies the price. However, out of the two I received, one light was slightly less bright than the other, so there are quality issues in these, keep that in mind when buying.
