There's only one snap and the rest is sewn. Luckily the edges are sergered independently and then sewn together. So I ripped that seam out and replaced it with 5 plastic snaps. Now I have and enormous beach towel that is also a changing poncho. Plastic snap kits are cheap and easy to use.If you like suede style microfiber you'll love this thing. This material seems to want you to pat dry rather than rub, and it becomes more effective once it's picked up a bit of water. And it packs down to the size of a sub.

I only surf on vacation and not in winter so it looks like this will be fine. I did a "proof of concept" and it's way easier and more discreet to undress/dress your lower half with your arms INSIDE the garment. When your arms are through the sleeves, you have to bunch up the bottom. If your arms are inside, then you're basically changing in a tent - much easier! Less chance of lifting it up too high. Then if you want to stay warm, put your arms out and your tent is a poncho.

This is a lightweight changing poncho for summer. I’m 5’7 160 and I can change in this easily. It dries quick and doesn’t attract sand. The only con is it’s not a warm towel on days where the water is cold or it’s windy out.

I am using this for winter swimming its nice to be all covered when i get out of the pool. Its not super cold where I live but its cold enough that just a towel left me freezing this is a good investment because its roomy enough to dress under as well.

My son swims for a club and we noticed the other kids using these robe towels. We purchased the towel robe and it makes drying off easy. He really likes having this in swim bag! Kind of wished I purchased more.

This is great! My swimmers love it, and other swimmers buy one after seeing theirs!

Don't usually write a review but I bought this for my daughter who is a competitive swimmer to wear after practices and in between her swim events in the summer. It keeps her protected from the sun while drying her, thin and light but with good absorbsion, comfortable, the lose fitting gives her air circulation to keep her cool inside. Fashionable, while keeping her decent, good quality, and without the wet towel and chlorine smell. I saw her team mate asked her about it.
