Fits a lot!
Use it for my travel work when I need to prep my meals and it holds so much! Maybe like 3 big containers and 2 small ones. Maybe 3 if I tetris it well. I love it

Bigger than expected
My husband can never keep track of his lunch boxes and so I wasn’t going to spend a lot to keep replacing it. I wanted to get something that would hold at least 2 meals for him since he is usually at work for 12 hrs. Not realizing how big this bag was I ordered it for him since the price was perfect. He will definitely be able to fit 2 meals and probably a bit more in it. It also folds up pretty flat when empty. I can say how long it keeps food cold for since he only has a 15-20 minute drive between our refrigerator to the work refrigerator.
