Beautiful guilded book
Book is beautiful from the inside out. Definitely a collector-worthy book. Both the reading content and illustrations are captivating for most children. Love the added touch of gilded page edges.

perfect transition from graphic novels
my 7 year old loves this book and cannot put it down. this is the perfect book if you are trying to get your kids off graphic novels and onto chapter books. great pictures and stories

Great book that 3-4 graders love to read over and over again.
My kid loves these books. Nicely illustrated and entertaining, once he picks up a book he cannot put it down until it is finished with it. The books also have a very good use life, as he comes back to it again and again and reads it with pleasure, always finding and deciphering a new word play.The hardcover ones also look really nice, with golden foil edge which makes kids think they're reading the premium best of the best adventures.

A Better Book than the First Book
Well, this one is most definitely better than the first special edition. But I think a chapter of Cackle taking back the throne or something like Cackle getting revenge would be better.

Great for my 8yo son
My 8 year old loves this book. Engaging and not overwhelming for a young reader. He’s already 115 pages in after reading just two days. He already wants more of the series.
