Shipment missing parts

I'm sure the actual product is great but I ordered 6 of these and two came without the rectangular bases to attach the rod two rendering them useless. I now have to decide to try and reorder or just use someone else's product.

Don't be fooled by the price. This is for ONE bracket. I was expecting a pair. The manufacturing is much lesser quality than other options I've also purchased from other listings.
