As a teacher I couldn't wait to place this book in my classes library. The book didn't even make it into my library before the boys in my class were dying to get their hands on it. From the cover to the last page, this book captures every child's attention. Each 'article' is full of captivating pictures and facts, making easy for kids to understand. I can't wait to use it to teach nonfiction text features. This book is a perfect edition to any classroom or children's library at home who loves interesting facts. Even with its sturdy hard book construction, I can see this book 'failing apart' from the amount of use from my students this school year.

I gave this book to my 11-year-old son. His eyes widened about the size of the eye on the cover because he was so excited to get his hands on it. He devoured this book in a matter of hours - and it only took that long because he stopped to read almost every page to me. The book is not only full of amazing facts, but also rich, eye-catching photos of things you literally need to see to believe (no pun intended). I highly recommend this book to any one of any age that loves fun facts and unbelievable occurrences. Not only did my son love, but I did too!

Great book caught it when it was on sale I just love reading these kinds of books I do know they are not for everyone a lot of people get grossed out about them but not me I don't even think I have ever been grossed out in my whole life so I highly recommend this book get it and the pics are great in this book too

I enjoyed this book tremendously. Is full of weird, interesting, occasionally disgusting (in a cool way), freaky and surprising facts. I found myself googling some of them because they were so unbelievable or because I wanted more info about the fact and all checked out! If you are into trivia, weird tidbits or just into knowledge you need this book. The illustrations and photos are great! Definitely recommend!

I originally bought this book for a nephew, however after thumbing through it and catching myself multiple times saying, "Wow! Really?" I decided to keep a copy for my coffee table. Sitting at home during Irma this book was awesome and gave me not only something to read but things to talk about with company. I highly recommend as a gift or as something fun for yourself.

Gift for 12 year old, haven't heard the consensus yet

Great conversation starter. All kinds of cool oddities and eccentric stuff. Every page is full of eye-catching topics and images. Perfect for a coffee table. Maybe thing twice about leaving it out if you have young kids, as some of the images could be disturbing to young eyes. BUT way cool for grownup eyes!!

Wow, what fast shipping. And the quality of the book is beyond what I was expecting. It's a BIG book. I can see my nephew spending hours combing the pages full of photos and the stories behind them. Thanks for offering such a nice product.
