In regards to moods they DEFINITELY WORK but they do give me a tummy ache so had to stop using 😕 but this brand has such great quality supplements and powders as well as a phenomenal customer service team- so I am still very loyal to them :)

I love this product, it may take a full 2 weeks to initially notice any change but this stuff works and I love using it.

Such a great calming product.

First thing I noticed was a soft, lovely lavender aroma coming from the bottle as soon as I opened it. This is the first (non-liquid, non-gummy) supplement I've ever taken that actually tastes good - flowery from the lavender and a hint of pungency from the saffron. It's such a pleasure to take, and the first time I tried it I had this gut feeling that told me this was good for me. Anyway, I started by taking it twice a day as recommended and did not think I would notice anything soon because that's not how most supplements work. I wasn't noticing anything in particular for the first couple of weeks of taking it somewhat regularly - and didn't expect to. Then I skipped taking it for about a week just because I had misplaced it behind some other things and just didn't see it.Today I woke up in such a horrible mood, I barely recognized myself. And I continued to feel like that all morning - I just wanted to escape and cry and I was dreading every minute of the day that was ahead of me. At around noon I happened to find the bottle again, not expecting it to have any short-term effect whatsoever, and continued to go about my miserable day. Later in the afternoon I ran into a neighbor who asked me how I was - and when I stopped to take a look, surprise, surprise, I actually was feeling positive, energetic, calm, happy, and just - normal again. Was it the mood supplement? It was the first thing that came to my mind when I noticed how good I was feeling again - but who knows? It would be great if it did, and why not? I've had such a good feeling about this supplement and have loved and enjoyed taking it so much each and every time that I wouldn't be surprised if it actually IS having the effect on me that it's supposed to. I was pretty amazed at the difference in myself before and after taking it today. Could it really have had that profound an effect so immediately? I really don't know. But now, instead of taking it regularly, I'm going to try a little experiment and take it sporadically for a while to see if there are any more noticeable differences, and I will amend this review with an update. And after that, maybe I'll resume taking it regularly just because I enjoy it so much and want to keep it in my repertoire. Supplements usually aren't this pleasant to take or give so much enjoyment. In other words, just taking it makes me happy. The downside is the price - very expensive - not sure if it's just the ingredients (I know saffron is precious) or capitalizing on a trend. By the way, the caps are somewhat large (see photo next to a quarter) but easy to swallow.

I purchased this supplement to help cope with my moods as I’m getting older. Kids have been complaining of me being temperamental with a quick fuse. After just a few days, I have noticed a much calmer more relaxed disposition, and although I’m still irritable about things, I do notice I’m not as angry. It’s only been a few days but as I sit down and reflect I’m feeling a difference already! I love Pure Synergy supplements and this one is pretty fantastic. I only take one per day, right when I get home from work, as opposed to the 2 they recommend, I always start off lower and work up if needed. If this continues to work as well as it does, I don’t see the point in needing two. Also important to note, I’m only 5’3”, and weigh 105-110 lbs, so I typically start off with half recommended dose to start. I also take other supplements as well, so this just works for me.
