Tastes disgusting, works the best.
We laugh that this tastes like brackish water but my daughter needs rehydration salts for a medical condition. Her doctor first recommended this and we add Young Life essential oil drink drops to it. She can actually feel the difference between brands and this seems to work the most efficiently and last the longest in her system. We like that longterm she's not ingesting any flavours or colours and is calibrated and tested unlike other products with similar claims. It's easy to carry and if she doesn't have a flavour enhancer, she just chugs it down. We haven't tried their flavoured products.

Exactly the Hydration I Need
I have trouble staying hydrated, so I used to drink Kinderlyte every day. A few weeks ago I just couldn’t make myself choke down any more bland stevia water.I looked for alternatives, and this was a clear winner. No stevia or flavoring, just hydration salts. It uses dextrose to help with absorption, which is important for me. I had elevated liver enzymes a few years back, and my liver specialist advised me to reduce the levels of processed fructose in my diet. I followed his advice and now my levels are perfectly healthy. One of the most common sources of processed fructose is what we usually call sugar (sucrose). Sucrose is a disaccharide of glucose and fructose. I can’t have it regularly without damaging my liver. Dextrose is just glucose. Luckily, dextrose is also better for absorption (the guidelines that I found for oral rehydration salts said that sucrose should only be used if dextrose/glucose is not available). It seems strange to me that you don’t see it in more often in rehydration salts. My favorite way to drink this is to mix it with warm water, Hotta’s sugar free instant ginger tea powder, collagen peptides and a bit of extra dextrose (I like modernist pantry’s version because it dissolves very easily). It makes a nice gingery broth that is warm, spicy and very comforting.Since I use it every day, it would be nice if it were a bit less expensive, but even at this price I’ll definitely keep buying it.Hopefully they don’t reformulate it and ruin it by adding fake sweeteners or sucrose!

Love normalyte
I've pots/dysautonomia. I use Normalyte more than any other. My body craves it at times. It works well for me. It works differently than the others and is great when you're under the weather, have stomach issues or nausea issues. I've been using it for years now and have yet to be disappointed. I use their capsules as well.My favorite is the unflavored. It's somewhat of a saline taste to it? I don't know but I've no reactions to it and again, my body tends to crave it.Im so Very happy with normalyte. Very thankful it exists.

Great for POTS
Overall, I absolutely love these Normalyte pure pouches! They taste great (like slightly salty/slightly sweet water. They are extremely easy to use (just pour into a bottle of water and shake). I use them for POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), and they keep me very well hydrated and help control my symptoms. They are easy to drink and absorb, and they don’t upset my stomach. They are the perfect size, as you can easily throw them in your pocket or purse and mix them with any standard sized bottle of water on the go. I also appreciate that there aren’t any additives or flavoring in the pure variety. My only complaint is that they’re very expensive compared to salt tabs. They also contain glucose, which can be tough for those trying to control their blood sugar.

Exactly what I need
I have POTS and I use this item everyday. It has exactly what my doctor says I need for electrolytes, since I am prone to fainting.

Almost flavorless, Any Drink can be Electrolytes!
Due to health issues, I needed to find electrolytes WITHOUT any of the following: corn syrup, stevia, aspartame, other artificial sweeteners. This stuff is great! I can add it to any drink to create my own personalized electrolyte drink.

not suitable
I got these to help with POTS & because there aren't additives. Really important with my allergies. Everything I read about them seemed to fit. At first they helped, then I started feeling sick. Had issues with my body swelling up, but that's been what all electrolytes do to me. Then one day I noticed that it smells like mold inside the bag. I opened a pack, it didn't smell like mold, put it in water...nothing noticeable. But I felt sick with my normal mold exposure symptoms later in the day. So that is yet another option to cross off the list of possibilities. I have tried emailing & chatting with the manufacturer via their website...nothing. Amazon...nothing. It's all either no response to email or just AI chatbots, so there isn't a way to even let them know or try to resolve the issue.
