Decent bench band
This is not extremely strong but adds a bit to your bench which I like. If you want 50 pound carryover. Get a maddog slingshot. This is a twenty pound bump which I like. Great training tool for 20 bucks

Looks and feels like the expensive bands

Train the body for a heavier bench.
This is the kind of solution that helps train the body to get use to lifting under heavier loads. I find it indispensable. I set a USAPL state bench press record training with one so there is no discussion for those who want to quibble.

Affordable and better than competitor
I use this product as I am currently working through a minor shoulder injury. This product is not only affordable, but better than the competitor as the design accommodates the movement better when making contact with the body. Awesome product!
