Product arrived promptly, well packaged & in good condition.This product is very simple to use with clear instructions and very easy to read. The prong rotation also makes it easy to use in whatever space you have without burning your hand.I believe the readings are accurate and it has helped me with a perfect roast chicken and roast pork.The magnet makes it handy to keep on my fridge but it also has the option to be hung with a hole in the handle/body so having both options is great - or you can always keep it in your drawer of course.Does perfectly what it says.

It's pretty basic but does the job of proving to my partner somethings cooked enough.Reads temperature of cooking stages almost instantly, I can't see any reason it won't last indefinitely.

This thermometer is small, and with its fold-away probe takes up very little room in a drawer. For that reason, I recommend the red case, so you can find it. In use, I have found that it's very responsive when what it's testing is hotter than the probe, but slightly less so when dealing with items that are cooler than it is. It's still quite sensitive working that way, however. It has a good range, and decent accuracy.I like the simplicity of the design, just three buttons. Power/light, scale (Celsius or Fahrenheit), and lock (they call it “hold”) the current reading. The display is clear and easy to read. I also like that if I forget to switch it off, it will perform an auto-shutdown after around ten minutes. I've already used it to test and check a few things, and am very happy with it.Over all, it's well-made for the price, and should provide years of reasonable use. OK, it's made in China. But be honest now, what isn't? :)

I bought this to measure milk temperature for making coffee. It seems to be very accurate and records temperature very quickly. It's easy to read and clean and is magnetic for storing on side of coffee machine. It seems very good value and so far has performed well.

Easy to use. Temperature seems accurate. Particularly useful for large joints or birds such as Christmas turkeys. Remember to take the clear plastic cover off the probe before using (I didn’t, but against the odds found it buried in a 7kg turkey when carving!) Had this thermometer over a year ago and is still functioning as expected.

It's reassuring to be able to check food temperature. The thermometer is magnetic so I keep it on my cooker hood where it's handy but hidden.One shortcoming is that there's nothing to tell you what temperature things should reach in order to be cooked through. They're missing a trick there. It's a pain having to Google the information.

This is my second purchase buying the second as a gift having seen the benefits of using the thermometer myself. It's a fabulous product to help identify when food is cooked to the optimal temperature. It can be concerning if you're unsure if chicken has been cooked but this gives you peace of mind. Test sausages, fish and other meats to ensure you are neither under cooking or overcooking.
