After reading reviews was a little worried I would get the other crappy one. But I did receive the better quality one as pictured, very please. Will buy again

No Different Than Others
Nothing special whatsoever about this winch. Not any more "heavy duty" than any other product. In fact, it is exactly the same as the cheaply made one. Not same item pictured in description.

Finally a cover winch that actually works.
Cover winches have been complete junk since I first covered a pool 10 years ago.This one is built to last and can actually tighten the cable without falling apart.

verdict still out
I could only give it 4 stars as I have not used it yet. Delivery was prompt and price was good. It is heavier duty than my current one so I only give 4 stars for now. Will re-evaluate it in the fall when I install the cover and cable.
