Q: I have a 7.43 MB photo to print! how can i do it?

Hi! Thank you for your inquiry. As you know, Amazon's customization software has a limit of 7MG. Amazon will not allow me to have direct access to customers to use a different image transfer service, so you will need to reduce your image size to under 7MG. Sincerely, Carol R. Customer Support

It is printed directly on the metal.

Q: Is there a way to have it printed as a portrait (up and down) instead of landscape (side to side)? If so how do I edit that when customizing it?

Yes, there is. When you decide on the size that you want, you then click the Customize button. From there, you can select your photo from your computer. Once it has been uploaded, it's at that point that you can start the editing process. You can widen the photo to fill the space of the frame, center it on the frame, or turn it by clicking on the very top gray square to be portrait vs. landscape or vice versa. All of this is done before the purchase. I received my first one last week, and it is AMAZING! I even had a co-worker ask if it was a painting! Outstanding work, and I will do more this way.

Q: Can you oder it without the mounting blocks?

I am so sorry, but due to our automated process we cannot ship without the mounting blocks. You can remove the blocks with a hairdryer once you receive the print. Do not use any solvents since they would remove the print as well.
