Does the job, did not get the black adapter though... had to cut the plug.

I am giving this product a 3 because the sound isn't really all that good. In all fairness to this company, I have not called the company to see if there is a way that we can approve the audio. I also find that at night when the porch light is out, the clarity isn't real good until the light comes on.

Doesn’t even have the plug in for the wall. No cords at all. Total waste of $20

Arrived when it was supposed to. Received both pieces in the box, although they were kind of stuffed in there. Box is way too small for this, caused the female adapter to be bent up. Hoping they continue to work properly. Will need to cut some of the casing off the wires to use it on the AC/DC connectors. Otherwise exactly as advertised

This was easy to install and setup was a breeze. Previously tried other brand and it was just a headache that was returned. It's great to visually see who is at my door and to be able to tell them an audio message. I wish i got this sooner as its so convenient.

Had the picture of the female adapter end and outlet piece but not black female adapter. There was nothing saying it wasn't included...now I have to buy that part in order to use the door bell

Works as advertised, but it made my current doorbell buzz. Had to purchase an adapter to quiet the buzz. The adapter had to be plugged into the wall with the cord running up the wall, which is aesthetically unappealing.

It's 720p but it does what it's suppose to. Works in rough outside conditions
