I never knew this stuff existed until my Chiropractor recommended it. If you're a big/tall guy like me you more than likely have issues soaking in a standard bathtub. This is the next best thing and you don't need to wait to soak. I think it feels better then an Epsom salt bath almost immediately. The Chiropractor generally has to beat me up good to keep in aligned. Apply this after a visit to yours or after a long day of working in the yard and you will feel the difference.

For many months I've been having a lot of muscle pain in my right leg. I've been trying various pain relievers, both prescription and over-the-counter creams, all of which helped somewhat. Then I spotted the EPSOM-IT Soothing Muscle Lotion. I have used Epsom Salt before and had some success soaking hands and feet but to treat my entire leg would involve sitting in the bathtub on a daily basis. I decided to order the EPSOM-IT lotion. It's first ingredient is Epsom Salt. Wow! am I pleased!! It totally relieves the pain I don't know if I will continue to use it on a daily basis but if I try to stop I will do it gradually and I plan to always keep a tube of the lotion on hand. It's easy to apply, not greasy, dries quickly and has very little odor.

It feels good. Doesn't spread like a typical lotion but it definitely relaxes and soothes the muscles.... without too much of a tingling sensation that icy hot can sometimes give you.

I was looking for a lotion for my legs to relax them in the evening. Some days I do have restless legs but there are times when I'm just overworking and half tired legs. I know that Epsom salts works wonderful, so I tried this lotion and it is so awesome! Evening before bedtime and have a better sleep is wonderful. If you have tight, sore muscles, this is the lotion to have!
