Excellent Media Pad
After a lot of research due to 2 Samsung Galaxy Tab A's breaking down with in 3 week and returnedI purchased this HUAWEI MediaPad M2 10.0 Tablet for my wife to replace a broken iPad, I can honestly say this media pad is a little gem, flawless operation, screen performance is excellent, the sound from the on-board 4 speaker system is very impressive and we have not found an app it can not run. I am so impressed that I brought myself one too.I would suggest you purchase a 64 GB MicroSDXC UHS-I for you music and film as this little gem only has a 16 gb hard drive

Amazing speakers, good display, ok speed, poor storage, poor QC
Let's start with a breakdown.Media consumption - 5/5Productivity - 3/5Browsing - 3/5Good:Amazing soundGood displayGood battery lifeBad:Quality ControlCPU on the slow sideFar too little storageIt's the only tablet i found that concentrated so much on audio. If you want to use it to watch films/tv it really is incredible. Good display and amazing sound. Wife has to keep the volume at about 60-70% otherwise it's too loud, and this is during cooking so in a fairly noisy environment. Battery life is also great with no unexpected drain. However, quality control has let it down for me. First one had some spots on the display. Second looks good, but gets stuck while rebooting and can bootloop for good 10 minutes before actually booting up. Third one, well i haven't got the third one as Amazon is out of stock. I will keep an eye on the stock and will try it again if it appears, third time lucky hopefully.Software is outdated but they keep up with security patches which is really the only important thing about updates nowadays. CPU is a bit underpowered so tablet is fairly slow, i would not recommend it for work. It's a great media consumption device but too slow to be productive. It's ok, at best, for internet browsing. I am sure dedicated apps would improve the experience but due to the meagre 16gb of storage, of which half is taken by the OS you can't really install many. For media storage you can use SD card slot.Would i recommend it? For media -yes, absolutely! Watching, reading, listening! For productivity - no, i think you need to look elsewhere.

I took a chance.
I'm a big user of tablets and have only ever had 7 inch versions. These have ranged from the good(Nexus 7 until Google killed it) to the bad(cheapo Fire) and the indifferent(Asus HD 7).Good pointsExcellent quality, it looks top endFingerprint reader is goodFantastic soundVery nice displayPoints that are an annoyanceLollipop and unlikely to be upgraded, does that matter? Not much it was a good release. The bad!The UI that Huawei decided to ruin their devices with is the ugliest skin in the universe.Thankfully it's a simple fix, download Nova Launcher (other launchers are available) and set it as the default, voilĂ it's a proper Android tablet. You can even get rid of the poxy Google search box from the home screen. All up then I consider this a good tablet and am very happy with it, I still prefer the 7 inch type of tablet though.

Less useful than a chocolate teapot. You could eat the chocolate.
Initially the tablet would not connect to Google via my home broadband. I got a message saying that the connection to the server was unreliable. I tried to phone Huawei but the phone number given on their support page doesn't work. I tried chat and that wasn't very helpful either (they suggested contacting the retailer).I checked for solutions on the web and tried one which suggested using a different network so I used the hotspot tethering facility on my phone and it worked. I was then able to connect via my home network and setup my Google account. But I found that the Google Playstore wouldn't load.I carried out a factory (hard) reset and found I could only logon via the phone again.I have spent hours trying to fix this with no success. It's going to be returned.

Not as good as my Samsung A10
Can't say I've overwhelmed by this product. It's overall construction is very nice but...1. sound quality is poor despite this being a "media" tablet. Distorted at anything over mid volume.2. battery life is significantly less than my Samsung. I reckon I get about 75% of the battery life and I have almost identical app set installed.3. Not a fan of Huawei's EMUI interface...I find it a little querkyOn the plus side, the screen is excellent and viewable even in bright outside light and the fingerprint reader is fast.Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad product, just feels unpolished. Maybe the M3 is an improvement.

Surrounding sound tab with 4 speaker 10" at great price
A great tab at reasonable price, it has lots of feature like split screen, finger print scan to unlock, and the most lovely feature its surrounding sounding quality, it has 4 speaker and has great sound quality and pitch.
