Sturdy, affordable and a welcome help for any workouts!
They are definitely sturdy and also not at all expensive so I don't mind them having around.I don't work out a lot but thought they'd help with pushups which they do so that's good enough.I do feel discomfort in my wrists though even though I have tried different ways of holding and angles but there's some pain. Apart from that not bad!

Use these regularly press ups, bycepts even burpees an hill climber's I've found them to be safe sturdy an worth the money.

Great simple and easy bit of kit, sturdy, takes the pressure off your wrists and elbows, comfortable to grip and allows for extended range of motion.
