They adjust easily to a good height, and the 180° tilt on the panels is very flexible.The lighting itself is the real star here. The ability to switch between warm, neutral, and cool white (2800K-6500K) and adjust brightness precisely (10-100%) using the simple cable remote makes a huge difference in matching room lighting or setting a mood. The light is bright enough for my talking head videos and product shots, and the high CRI 97+ seems accurate – colors look much more natural on camera compared to my old setup. The built-in diffusion gives a nice soft light, too.The USB power is convenient, allowing use with power banks for flexibility, though you'll want to ensure you're using a solid 5V/2A USB wall adapter (not included) for the most consistent output. This lighting kit is honestly a great value! The lights are bright, adjustable, and perfect for content creation or photography. I love how easy it was to set everything up, and the carrying case made it convenient to store and move around. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the stands feel a little lightweight, so you have to be careful if you’re moving around a lot or using it outdoors. Other than that, the setup works amazing and really elevated my video quality!

Since we are always recording something we were trying to find an excellent light and something that was not bulky. To be honest this product is great and it is worth the investment. The remote control is easy to use it and the functionality of warm and bright light is great.
