I am very disappointed with this product I have bought BLU products in the past and had never had any problems like I've had with the Touchbook M7 Pro. Since I got the product on June 30th 2018 it has given me all kinds of trouble, It asks for an update and it always says it is not supported and could not do the update. All the apps crash, the tablet although being 7.0 it is very slow when downloading and worse of all it sometimes never downloads the app. It accepts my sd card at times, other times it tells me it is not mounted (and my sd card is new). It turns off by it self and turns back on. I have contacted the BLU Co. and the Breed Co. (manufacturer and seller) and unfortunately I've had NO help from either one. All I want is an exchange and it's been difficult and the tab has not been with me for even a month.

This was a gift for my 91 one year old mother. For this price (we paid $79.99 plus tax) this is an excellent buy. The current price is even better. We are used to IOS but have found that this Android works very well. When compared to our iPad there are some differences (lower resolution, etc,and a lower volume on the speaker). But then again, there is a significant price difference so at this price we are impressed.We received this as an open box but after some negotiations with Amazon received a $15.00 credit. This was purchased primarily for texting and surfing the web. It was paired with a $20 Logitech keyboard also purchased on Amazon. We needed to contact the company one-time for some technical advise and were very impressed. The wait time was zero, we were able to understand the instructions and found the contact very helpful. We paired this with a mint.sim prepaid 2 G cel-service that was offering $7.50 per month for the first 6 months and $15.00 per month for equally great service that runs through the T-Mobile system.CONS: Open box, poor manual and limited time for support.POSITIVES: Great price, great temporary support, Great introduction to my 91 year old mother. This model was ok

Super slow and freezes often to where the device has to reboot to work again. It needs 2-3x the memory to work with the Nougat (7.0) OS. Appears Blu tried to upgrade the OS from the original Touchbook M7 built for Marshmallow (6.0) without any hardware upgrades.

Did not work with my Simply Mobile sim card. So I packed it up and sold it on eBay... 😣😢😶
