Hi i bought 2 of these clocks for my parents and both of them gain time now is it something iam doing wrong or a fault because they gain a lot of time

Mine has kept perfect time. Sounds like you've been unlucky with the clocks you've been sent. I'd take it up with the seller.

How do you adjust the time and date, etc.?

There's a menu button on the back that allows you to adjust the day, date and time. It's not particularly intuitive, but that's probably an advantage, since the day/date/time will not get adjusted easily by mistake!ð~ The internal back up battery ensures that the set day, date and time is automatically preserved in the event of a power outage or being accidentally switched off.
