Why can't i get a response requesting another pen to be sent. I still haven't received an email back. My pen was just blinking all green then red.

I got my grandson a book and pen set for Christmas. The pen was missing from the box. I sent an email to their customer service and also got no response. I got an Amazon refund for it yesterday.
