GREAT PRODUCT and WORTH THE INVESTMENT
Yes it is a bit more on the expensive side, but IT IS VERY MUCH WORTH IT. Take it from this review. I’ve used all types of litter. Clay litter from different brands like arm and hammer, fresh step etc. I’ve even used corn litter which is world’s best cat litter, and I can say this Pidan Tofu is so much better than all the others.PROS:This is unscented but it has a natural scent of like vanilla milky kind of scent which I do love since I like vanilla smells. The clumping is really great and doesn’t stick to the bottom of my stainless steel litter box. The odor control is amazing. It hides all the poop and pee odors really well. The only time you can smell it is when you’re scooping the litter but that’s normal and it’s still not that strong of a smell. Scooping is pretty easy but that depends on what kind of scoop you have.I only have one cat so I buy the 2 pack bundle and it lasts me about a month! This also depends on the size of ur litter box and mines about 13in by 19in and Is like 8 inches deep so it’s a pretty decent size and the litter lasts me a while since I only have one cat.Cons:The litter does track, BUT it’s very minimal and compared to clay and corn the tracking is almost little to none!It is on the pricey side but it’s worth the investment.

Most effective, cleanest litter ever!
This Pidan cat litter is just about perfect! Cats track it less than traditional grainy litter, and it is less messy than “crystal” litters. It’s reasonably effective in combating odor, although I do sprinkle on a small amount of Arm and Hammer litter deodorant. Easy to manage, lightweight, and beautifully absorbent, it is the only cat litter I’ll ever use (been using it about three years). The Pidan brand is superlative—worth every penny.

Not cheap but worth the money!
I’ve been using this tofu and bentonite litter for two months now and just repurchased four more bags while they were on sale. I’ll be honest—the price is the biggest downside. But after two months of use, I’ve decided it’s worth the cost.I have two 10-year-old cats and two litter boxes. One of my cats is a large, double-pawed guy with toe tufts who used to track traditional litter everywhere—upstairs, downstairs, even into my bed. It was driving me crazy. I tried all kinds of litter box setups and mats to minimize the tracking, but nothing really worked—until I found this litter. It’s been a total game-changer.Previously, I used Arm & Hammer Clump & Seal, sometimes the Slide version. Both cats used it without issue, but it left a layer of dust on everything and a synthetic smell that lingered around the house—even though I cleaned the boxes regularly. I hated it. So when I saw glowing reviews of Pidan on Reddit, I decided to switch one of the litter boxes over to try it out.At first, only my tabby girl used the new litter. She took to it right away and now clearly prefers it. My big guy? Not so much. He stepped into the Pidan box once, looked around, then walked out and didn’t return for six weeks. (For context: we’ve always used traditional clay litter, except for one brief and hated experiment with crystals when he was sick.) I’m happy to report that he does use the Pidan box now— sometimes!A few important notes if you’re considering this litter:• One bag just barely covers the bottom of my large litter box—about a 1/2 inch deep.• I stretched one bag to last exactly a month with mostly one cat using it. If you or your cat prefer a deep layer of litter, this product won’t be cheap.• That said, a deep layer really isn’t necessary. My cat had no issue with the shallow fill, even as it gradually decreased over the month.• If you’re someone who tops off litter every time you scoop, this might not be the product for you. I don’t top it off—I just dump what’s left at the end of the month, clean the box, and refill with a fresh bag.As for the smell—it’s actually kind of nice! It reminds me of vanilla pudding, and I don’t notice any scent from other rooms. Major win. Tracking is minimal: maybe 5 tofu pellets a day, and they’re big, easy to spot, and easy to sweep. Most importantly—no dust. The litter also does a great job of containing odor. You wouldn’t even know I had cats. One major tip to make your supply last longer: use a scoop with larger holes. I got the “Fast Scoop” from Amazon and it’s perfect. Shake off as much clean litter as you can when scooping, or you’ll end up throwing away product unnecessarily. Poop usually doesn’t stick to the litter, but pee clumps do, especially in corners. I do have to scrape a bit in one corner where my cat consistently pees—but that’s no different from traditional clumping litter. I have flushed it successfully a few times, but since I have another box of regular litter to clean, I usually just toss box in the waste bag. While it’s definitely more expensive than the big boxes of clay litter I used to get at BJs, the reduced tracking, lack of dust, and improved odor control make it worth the ~$12/month. My goal is to eventually switch both litter boxes over to Pidan once I finish off my stash of clay litter. Even with one box as Pidan, it’s made a notable improvement in my home.Give it a try!

Smells like buttered Green beans?!
I've been on the hunt for a perfect cat litter for ages! So far I'm indifferent towards this tofu litter. It smells like buttered green beans to me which is just bizarre- not the worst but makes me feel weird every time I clean the box. It tracks a little bit- I'm used to corn litter which I think was worse so I'm not unhappy about that. Seems to clump well but does get a little sticky. It is quite expensive for what you get- I have a bigger steel litter box and it will likely take two bags to fill the whole thing up next time I empty it. It doesn't seem too dusty- which is why I stopped using corn litter (I loved the smell of it tbh). I like it better than the big wood pellets and I think my cats do too. I'm going to re-purchase a few more times but maybe I'll get a scented one this next time. I don't wanna ruin green beans for myself. Overall- it's fine I guess!

Great tofu litter
Wonderful product. I've used quite a few different tofu litter products in the past. My cats are very picky and this is the only one I've found that they actually use. It smells great, clumps really well, and is flushable. It has a mild vanilla smell and traps urine odors well. They still track a little bit out of the box but its minimal compared to normal clay litter. Only down side is it's a bit more expensive but certainly worth it.
