The finest setting is fine flour. It takes about 10 minutes for 1 kg of flour.

Q: How many kilos of wheat can you put in a machine? Is it possible to buy this unpainted? Can it be completely dismantled? Is it all clean of plastic

Q: can this grind green un-roasted coffee beans?

You could if they are dry and not to big.

I only tried grinding east end foods hard corn from the packets, it can be done but takes ages and is hard going with the crank. i also tried east end foods wheat, this type of grain is what the machine is really made for in my view.
