What is the best ways to heat this up please??

I usually just heat it up in a saucepan or when I want to heat up a small amount to use as a dip I put it the microwave. It heats very quickly - usually about 30 seconds.

Is this product suitable for vegetarians

Although I am not vegetarian, I am not aware that this product is anything but a vegetarian product, I am however very pleased with my purchase. Jim Stokes.

Do i need to cook it before i using?

You can put it straight from the container into your stir fry but it will need to be cooked through to warm it up and flavour your food

Nothing against Amazon as they're only the seller but i bought yesterday and tried it today.It's going straight into the bin. It tastes like a really strange tomato sauce and is far darker than in the photographs.A big no from me
