Q: I ordered this product along with xls medical max strength, when package arrived both end were open and this bottle was missing......is it to follow?

I have also had items missing those cardboard that can be opened and closed on both sides are awfull,all items should come in sealed boxes

You must not break it. Make sure you swallow it whole with water.
