and all was good until i tried to change the combination
I recieved this item, and all was good until i tried to change the combination. Upon changing, after following the instructions closely. the lock would not fully close or open, it was stuck half way. I even checked the originaly combination and it wouldnt open or close.Really dissapointed as I had high hopes for this item. Sent back for a full refund.

Problem with dials not turning
2nd of 2 of these that I have purchased (1st from different seller) and both were faulty. Unable to turn all wheels to set a number combination. Returned to sender for a refund.

Good company aftercare service.
Really sorry I bought this item. Followed the instructions to set personal combination code. Now the shackle will not release when I use my own code! Second person checked instruction procedure with me so I know there was no error on my part. Item is now useless. Take my advice and DO NOT purchase as you will be wasting your money.Have to update my review.I received an email from the company shortly after purchasing the product. They were genuinely disappointed that I was not happy with the keysafe. They immediately offered to send me a new product free of charge and I didn't even have the hassel of sending back the broken one! I have been using it for two weeks now and it is perfect. With an aftercare service like that it's well worth buying. Maybe I was just unfortunate to get a broken one ,but have to give the company credit for fixing the problem quickly with no hassle.

Luchetto magnifico
E' meraviglioso questo luchetto,molto stabile,fatto con materiale puro e durevole,finalmente posso chiudere cancello biciclette ecc senza preoccuparmi che venga distrutto.Un altra cosa che mie piaciuta che dentro c'e lo spazio per mettere le chiavi, proprio un spettacolo,cosi posso anche lasciare le chiavi ho qualcos'altro dentro che qualche volta mi dimendico.La rotazione dei numeri e' molto liscio.
