Easy to use; great for massages and scar tissue
I started using this Gua scraping tool for scar tissue I developed as a result of a recent total knee replacement. I also developed "muscle knots" and it helped break up the knots too, and felt instant relief. It works. Good maintenance tool to keep around for anyone who works out a lot. Can use it on the legs or other areas of your body as well.

Works great for my purposes. I've got tennis elbow and I'm trying to not have tennis elbow. I use this to massage the muscles for a bit, then I ice. So far, so good.

Right size for everything
Not too big or small. I have used this to release scar tissue, address soreness, etc on various bodyparts and joint areas. It's size works well and it's sturdy and fits well in the hand.
