Does the job
Used to secure our old monobloc mixer in kitchen which had become lose. Very good product arrived quickly. Bought a set of monoblock tap wrenches to go with it due to restricted space behind our sink. No instructions (wasn't expecting any though as each tap will be different) but used Youtube and internet to work out how to assemble.

Easy fit
No issues. It sounds obvious, but I'll say it anyway: make sure you have your tube spanners handy or purchase a pack - they are cheap here on amazon.

I bought this to replace the seal on my existing ...
I bought this to replace the seal on my existing monobloc tap where the bolts had rusted out and it was no longer held firmly to the basin. For me, because the bolts had rusted solid, I had to drill the old bolts out and re-tap the thread - not ideal. Incidentally it would be difficult to fit without the special spanner.
