It has a spring operated window punch allowing rapid access through toughened vehicle windows. It fits all modern standard Asp and Hiatt rigid and chain cuffs. Due to the window punch, it hasnt got a double locking pin. However, this is only a small draw back considering the massive safety and security advantages it gives.
