How long does 5 lbs last one horse?

If feeding 1 enclosed scoop a day, the bag lasts about 3 months, possibly a little less.

I need to see the ingredients label...does anyone know the actual ingredients?

Contains max 6.5% moisture, min 8.5% linoleic acid (as glycerides), min 0.1% zinc, min 36000 IU/lb vitamin A, min 240 IU/lb vitamin E, min 30 mg/lb vitamin B6 and min 1 mg/lb biotin.

Can this be frozen without affecting the product? I would prefer to buy 5 pounds since the price is far better thatn buying 1 pound.

I purchased a large bag (5-8 lbs) when I received it I put it in an airtight bucket for use/storage...have never had a problem with mine but have not frozen it....so I cannot say.

Can the equine Mirra coat be used for dogs? Are they the same formulation?

Yes it can! Dogs: Mix into the dog’s regular ration daily. Feed ¼ scoop (1 tbs) per 20 lbs. body weight. If a poor skin and coat condition persists, other than dietary factors may be involved and your veterinarian should be consulted.
