I Love it - although husband and daughter find it far too spiky (wimps). it definitely has helped me to have a deeper sleep when I use it for 15-20 mins at night. Have you thought of making them long enough to have butt and legs on as well?

Ho mal di schiena e dolori alla cervicale ormai cronici ma nell ultimo periodo sono diventati più intensi e ho deciso di acquistare tappetino e cuscino convinto dalla validità del principio con il quale agisce e dalle molte recensioni positive. Lo sto usando da qualche settimana e posso dirmi pienamente soddisfatto. Ha un ottima capacità di rilassare la muscolatura di schiena e collo ed ha un effetto immediato sulla riduzione del dolore legato alle contratture muscolari. Faccio lunghi spostamenti in macchina durante il giorno e l'utilizzo di cuscino e tappetino a fine giornata ha un'evidente efficacia nel ridurre le tensioni accumulate inoltre la possibilità di poter scaldare il cuscino ne potenzia l effetto miorilassante. Inoltre devo sottolineare la serietà dell'azienda mysa che ha risolto rapidamente e con efficienza un problema legato al mio cuscino che è risultato difettoso e mi è stato prontamente sostituito con uno nuovo.

This product did not help me with my neck pain and in fact is very uncomfortable to lie on . When I decided to return the item to the seller, I did not get any respond from them until I got amazon involved. Finally when I got the permission to return it , I found out that the fees for a regular postage to return this item back to Italy from Montreal Canada was 140$.So I have no choice but to keep this useless item.
