Might work with box spring mattress.
Doesn't work well with 8" Tempur. foam mattress on a metal, wired, popular bed frame. Even with a 5/8" board to help support the mattress, it allows the mattress to sag severely after a few hours. I weigh 155 lbs. It also does not support the head and foot of the mattress causing drop at each end, as it is quite short.

I wish I would have known about this product long ago. It prevents sagging in the middle of the mattress. My Lower back feels so much better now with these support pads. Wow!

Gives your mattress a boost.
A relatively new mattress developed a sag, this definitely fixed the problem.

Effective but Excessive
I bought this to fix my sagging full size mattress. It works very well, but I deducted stars because I really only needed one, and now I have an extra that I can't return as it came as a set. I'm not sure why they recommend a two-pack for a full; one is really all you need. I live in a small apartment with limited storage and struggled to find a place to stash the extra one.
