They are attempting to handle this issue in a professional way and we appreciate their efforts to make things right. In summary, the seller is good but the product is very cheaply made as our original review details below.PRODUCT REVIEW: Beyond disappointed. The set appears very cheaply made. It worked briefly, then quit working. The wires are exposed at the base of BOTH car controllers and do not control the cars any longer. They failed very quickly and under normal use. If this set worked and wasn't so cheaply made, it would be so much fun.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RACE TRACK!! From the pictures it appears to be an awesome gift for your child. Do not be TRICKED! It fails after first use. The electric wires to the controllers are exposed and can present a hazard to children. The plastic guard rails break and the plastic holders that elevate the track slip and do not keep the track up. The two loops do not work. The cars fly off the loop midway through. I buy a lot of products on Amazon. This is my first negative review.A total waste of money.

Disappointed in the quality of this set. Controllers are very cheap and cars speed is erratic. A lot of time spent trying to get cars to run smoothly....Still working on it.

Item was delivered sooner than given date. The track wasn't too difficult to build with help from the instructions. Track looked great but downhill from there. In less than 5 minutes of playing, one of the wheels fell off a car and it's track guide rudder flew out.

Terrible quality. Made in China, product reflects that. Directions tough to follow, including a few made up words. One of the 2 tracks stopped working on Christmas morning. Track 2 was out of service on December 27th. Please, save your money.

Unable to get replacement parts for this product. Customer service for Starrybay has not responded to emails sent. I have a slot car track that my son has used a handful of times and now is rendered useless because one of the cars needs a new guide pin. In my opinion the product should have came with extra guide pins since they can easily be broke or lost.

Very cool looking track... very easy to put together... but the cars are very cheap and the contact points fray very easily. plan on buying better cars but right now both cars stopped working properly.

Fantastic! My husband loves it! Assembled size is huge & he mounted it on a 6 1/2 foot by 6 1/2 foot board and it filled up most of it.
