This naturally made fruit puree is produced from fruits that are cultivated on appropriate soils and picked when fully ripe, a natural recipe of just fruit and a few ounces of sugar, and finally a smooth pasteurisation process to preserve the taste and colour of fruit. Chefs can use it with sorbets, ice creams, fruit mousses, bavarois and charlotte desserts, toppings, fruit jellies, pastry desserts, coulis and glazes. Whereas bartenders may choose to use it in cocktails (can be used in a shaker, in a blender or directly in a glass). Supplied in convenient rigid carton packaging with a reclosable cap.
