I have purchased these vitamins because a couple of years ago I started loosing hair. I researched it and one of the reasons is Vitamin B5 defficiency. It's not working for me but it is for my wife that takes them as well. Reason is I have found out why I my hair is thinning and it is not vitamin B5 defficiency. Keep in mind that if it is the reason for you loosing hair, it could work for you.

I think the product has helped. I don’t have a month in yet so I’m not sure but so far so good. I would recommend buying if you have a nerve ending problem seems to keep mine at a quiet roar instead of a giant roar would recommend.

I used it for acne, I didnt notice a difference, maybe if I used it over a long period of time it would have worked, I wash my face now with a natural soap bar instead and that has worked much better, I think it made my hair shed more but im not sure.
