How do you make it fit 30 keys? We can only get 10 on there.

If you manage to get 10 keys in the thing you've gotten 6 keys more than I could do. I'm not sure how they think they can get 30 keys in there

What is the longest key this will accomodate?

Any size of keys will fit, but the longer the key is, the more it would stick out.

What size batteries does it use?

You can open the Key Ninja plate (the one with the LED lights) and replace with 3 alkaline batteries, model #AG1/364A.
