I like the color as it matches my decor. I mainly like it for decoration. The phone however does work. It is not ideal to sit down and have a conversation on.

The phone is supposed to have features that it does not have like volume control and a switch to choose between pulse (analog rotary dial) and tone (digital), it does not have either. It was purchased to use for the apt buildings entry phone so delivery drivers can call me and I can let them into the building. I plugged it into the wall outlet which the instruction book called a "cowgirl" and I get no dial tone or light. I am uncertain if that is normal for this purpose since I just recently had the outlet tested before I bought a new land line to plug into the female wall outlet and watched as the phone they plugged in rang. Since I live alone and get few visitors I have no idea if the phone even works or if it is just an empty light plastic box. The instructions read like a poorly translated porno and gave me a very good laugh so for that I will keep it and hope it works. The buttons are large but, the non number buttons like mute are hard to read because the font is too skinny or not bold enough and the curve of the button distorts it so you have to look at a vary narrow angle to read. The handset cord is way too short but that I can solve with a longer cord if the thing actually works.

Great for a simple landline phone

I bought this to check my Verizon Fios Network interface. It works well, the only thing, I was really looking for a single piece unit, with the buttons on the handset and that hangs up with a little push switch on the bottom. I guess they don't make those any more. But, you should have one of these in case you have Cable or Fios phone service and there is a power failure, or you need to test one of the TOPS lines. 2 of my 8 TOPS ports failed over a year. I have 3 lines, and I was able to test it and they were able to reassign a different TOPS port to the phone number that stopped working in about 15 minutes without anyone having to come to the house.If you do get FIOS or Cable phone service, I highly recommend getting the 8 port phone box. I started with the 2 line, and I quickly needed a third line for my fax machine to receive calls on its dedicated number. They had to spend a day ripping out the two port unit and installing the 8 port unit and backup power supply.They don't charge more for the 8 port, so you should really get it. I use my PBX system hooked to it and I love it.

Took this right out of the box plugged it into the wall and it just doesn't turn on at all it doesn't work I don't know if it's the wall piece or if it's the product and I'm still investigating that so I'm waiting on my provider to come out and check out if it's the wall but if not then it's the product I don't know whether or not I should return it at this point and it's a cheapo little thing it does not hang on the wall at all which is the main reason why I chose to purchase this one so I don't know I felt like it would have worked but unfortunately at this point it doesn't

The phone’s description includes,”The ring is clear enough to be heard throughout the residential…”This is true. Unfortunately, it does not include that there is no way to turn this very loud ringer off! Should be relabeled phone/alarm clock.
