Excellent seal material
I used this product and it stain companion to refinish an exterior door. The sealer provided a good finish to my door, very easy to use, quick clean up, and long lasting protection for my door. This product and it's companion products have no smell and can easily be used in doors.

Be aware
We used ballet white Amy Howard paint with a matte sealer over top of it. It turned out very beautiful but you do have to be very very careful with it wiping stains off immediately. Over a little bit of time you will have to repaint and reseal. We have a lot of experience with these two products as we use them on our kitchen island and all of our kitchen countertop surfaces. Be aware that you will have to repaint probably once every two months. It is beautiful though and just a gorgeous matte finish - Ballet white one step paint with the matte sealer. 👍🏻

Not with the company claims beware
I called the company and asked them if this was made to seal watercolor paintings and they answered yes I bought it. I used it. I ruined several watercolor paintings. Ran the color so smeared it all over the pages very disenchanted with the product. I returned it. I bought two and I returned the one that was unopened Very unhappy with this and I’m very unhappy with the company. I’ve called them and asked them about it, running the paint and they didn’t know anything about it then so in speaking with Amy Howard, previously to using the product, they were affirmative that that’s what it was made for and it would work great as soon as I had a problem and it ruined my paintings and then they didn’t know anything about it. I also returned an order to their company of their beeswax seal, same problem.
