Q: How much weight can this table take? Could it hold a 200L fish tank?

This table is great for using when bbq-ing but, a tank containing 200L water would weigh at least 200kg - about a fifth of a tonne, so I wouldn't even think abut putting an aquarium on it.

Q: is this table waterproof. I want it for outdoor use?

Yes. As the table top is HDPE plastic, so it can use at outdoor.

Q: Is the 4ft table deep enough for a person to sit and eat at either end, ie get 6 people round it altogether?

This was purchased by me to extend our table for Xmas another 4 star comfortable, I could not say 6 people could get around this.
