NOT a 5000mAh:I just received mine yesterday. It arrived with two bars charge, full charge is four.I left it charging for 6hours to full charge it. This is a 5000mAh power bank, so I expect to draw juice from it close to it. I then plugged-in my totally drained Samsung tablet over night. I woke up in the morning, the the tablet did not get fully charged, which I expected since it holds over 6000mAh capacity and the power bank is now EMPTY.MY METER SHOWS THAT I ONLY GOT 3020mAh from the bank. Here is a picture.OUTPUT CHARGE RATE:- My meter shows 5V/1AMP on the USB output. I am not sure what the output on the built-in USB-C cable.PHYSICAL QUALITY:- is okay for the price* OVERALL, for the small price, this item is good to have, not to carry around an extra cable, since it is already built-in with the power bank. For the price I am not expecting to get 5000mAh from it even before I purchased it. I have lots of power banks, small and large. The reason I bought this is because of it's size dimension and will serve it's purpose for a day trip. I have other ones that has it's purpose as well, if I know that I will need for more than one day and more than one device.

I got sent the wrong USB type first, however the seller got it right and I eventually got the type C version. It's very stylish but also very practical. I love having the cord connected to it and that was the main reason for the purchase. It stacks on the phone very easily and has a great feel. Just a nice overall charger from what I've seen so far.

Purchased for my dad since he is always on the go and relies on his phone while running around at work. He is constantly traveling and this works great for him. It is very thin and gets his phone charged up fairly quickly. He can carry his phone connected to the charger in his pocket without the bulk. For days when my mom is with him, she can take her charger cord and hook it up to the device to charge her phone as well!

Nice when it worked, but plastic casing broke, the input port is finicky, and won't hold a charge very long.

I liked mine but it stopped working about 2 months ago. It didn't even make a year. Durability and quality just isnt there.

I bought this for my wife, her being a bus driver she needs a way to charge her phone when she's driving on field trips on her waiting times, her friends have plugged their phones in at the same time and it charged them both, great product, highly recommended

I love it. Really awesome product. Exactly how it was described. And perfect for android phones, since it comes with both types of charger. Packaging was very protective. Medium brown box with big air bubble bags inside and the charger comes in a small slim box.

Great power bank. The built in cable was neat, and the all plastic design was surprisingly durable feeling. The only issue was the one I received was labeled USB C, but Micro USB was in the box. Please make sure that's corrected!

Bought this after looking at reviews , so many to choose from , bought arrived prompt, charged for best part of a day and until all lights where lit , used to charge 2 iPhone 5 s from empty , charged first one fully buy only managed 78% of second before running out , so good product but you will get one and 3/4 of a charge ..

Great item, us it every day. Holds alot of charge and recharges my phone quickly.

I've used this probably 4-5 times and the battery no longer holds more than a few minutes of charge. Very disappointing!

Only lasted a few weeks before it gave up, very poor quality

This is a well built unit with a USB-C cable pre-fitted. Unfortunately I wanted to use this to charge my Lenovo Android tablet, however, didn't realise from the product page that the USB-A port is only 1A output, unlike the USB-C port, which is 2.4A. Charging my tablet is therefore painfully slow so the battery pack is being returned. If you are mainly after a USB-C charger then this seems to work very well.

for how cheap it is it's good value, but I should off just brought the normal connector as the c-type doesnt stay comnected it keeps slipping back out!! but that's a design fault in the phone
