Vintaj Metal Relief Block For Filing, Buffing and Sanding

This was not what I'd expected but will meet the needs of anyone who knows what it's for!

Nice little tool that fits comfortably into even a small hand. Well made and looks as if it will last quite a long time.

This is OK but a bit flimsy - not likely to last very long.

works very well with the paints, like the buffing side, gives a nice subdued sheen.

Handy.
