Helps with light headedness

First, apologies for the graphic mention, but it's important -- taking a few of these nightly has (1) helped me sleep more soundly without the side effects of other sleep aids (e.g., lethargy the next morning) AND (2) helped me stay regular with a morning bathroom visit that's 'healthy' and not anything extra, like you'd get with Miralax or something. This was recommended to me by a 'Colon Hydrothrapist' as an aid for staying 'regular' in between my visits to see her, and I've recommended it to a handful of friends as a sleep aid as well.One friend, who works a high-stress job in Tech, kicked her PM Benadryl habit in favor of this + GABATrex (another supplement I recommend and use for sleep) in a week!
