Works great in the axis cameras

This was not an exact fit for my camera, but I was able to modify the mount to make it work. There is some reflection of the IR when the camera is at it's highest position and facing straight on to the lens, works well at angles (looking slightly down). Very clear image during daylight.

Perfect lenses for 4.3 inch. I have samsung cams and these are the lenses for them. It's a tight fit but it's good between that and the o ring (not provided so save yours), no moisture gets inside the came.Cannot reccomend enough!

This 4.3 Inch Outdoor Waterproof Polycarbonate PC Clear Ball Cover is pretty small. No typical camera will fit under it. Only a really tiny camera will fit. It claims to be Polycarbonate but I have no way to tell what kind of plastic it is. It is very clear but a little warped, especially at the edges. There is a ridge but you will have to figure out how to mount it. It comes packed in a plastic bag with additional plastic wrap stuck to it go protect from scratches.

The 4.3-inch size is a fairly standard size, so it should fit many smaller CCTV cameras.However, a significant design flaw impacts this product's practicality: the complete absence of pre-drilled mounting holes, or even space to easily drill them. This forces you to rely on alternative methods, such as sealant, to secure the dome to your mounting surface.In my case, I had to resort to using silicone caulk to seal the dome to prevent water ingress. While this seems to have created a watertight seal for now, it raises some serious concerns. Firstly, silicone may degrade over time, potentially compromising the waterproof seal. Secondly, and more importantly, this makes accessing the camera for maintenance or repairs a major headache. Removing the dome will likely involve cutting away the silicone, risking damage to either the dome or the mounting surface.
