does this sanitizer have alcohol in it?

No, the container says non-alcohol formula

Can you clean screens

I assume you mean computer screens? If so, then you could, but it would leave a fair amount of streaking and residue. This is not meant as a glass cleaner.

Does this size fit in a car cup holder?

Does not fit in my cup holder but fits nicely in my console.

Does this kills viruses

We're sure it kills germs but we don't know if it kills a virus.
