I originally had a problem receiving the item at first in the mail.But when I finally received it, I really like it for my children.It's super soft and the faces are very distinguishable. Great quality and value for the money. Very easy to use. Functions as it should, to get on and off pillows, and the zipper is a plus. Fits very well.

The case is so super soft & comforting. It is great for adults, but I think it is also great for children to show them that all feelings are valid and if they need some time to process their feelings, the pillow is a handy tool for them. The artwork on the case is wonderful. I followed the guidance in the reviews and got a 20” x 20” pillows by Utopia here on Amazon. The case fits perfectly. The case itself is great with the zipper.

Ture to size and pretty easy to put on. I would have liked a slightly bigger hole to put the pillow in though. May have been harder to put on with a fuller pillow. So far, this pillow has held well. It's in the playroom and my kids use it all the time. I haven't washed it yet but plan on updating after I do.
