I see alot of people recommend mulitple coats.. Once the painted and hardener are mixed how long do we have to work with the paint for multiple coats?

I put on 4 coats 15mins of dry time on each coat. The paint started to get tacky at around 3hrs and 36mins so i stopped applying more paint. It came out great no brush strokes or anything! just take the time to prep and clean before you start.

Has anybody used the foam brushes with this? How did they work, do they soak up to much paint?

I opted to use regular paint brushes as the caliper area was so small and detailed. If you are worrying about waste, I did THREE coats on all FOUR calipers on my mustang and still had over half a can left. This stuff goes on easy and sets up smooth. I ordered the custom color kit directly from G2 (almost $100) and I almost wasted the money buying two sets, but after reading every review I could find I stuck with one and no complaints at all. The leftover paint is now a grabber orange hockey puck on my work bench!

Does this kit do all 4 calipers?

The G2 High Temperature Brake Caliper Paint System Set contains approximately 3 1/2 liquid oz. of paint and approximately 1/2 liquid oz. of reactor, yielding 4 liquid oz. total when mixed, which will cover four (4) standard brake calipers or two (2) brake drums.However if you have over-sized calipers on the front of your vehicle and/or if you are planning on painting your brackets, rotor caps etc. you'll probably need two kits.

Can I paint my rotors with this product ?

If you're not too hard on your brakes and you keep the rotors from getting too hot, I would say yes--with sandblasting prior. Rotors are notorious for heavy rust. Making this paint last is all about the surface preparation. Of course don't get paint on the areas that are swept by the brake pads.
