Whilst this may come across as partially biased, I had the privilege of working in the same company as Chad (albeit different regions/ departments) over a decade ago. My remit was email Deliverability (it really is a thing)..and Chad was already firmly established as a thought leader and veteran expert.And deservedly so.Sending email is easy.
