Beautiful(!) hub that performs just as well as it looks
The media could not be loaded. The video shows exactly what you get and my initial impressions of build quality as well as a quick overview of the ports, so I won’t go into all that here. Instead, I’ll go into what I consider most important: the transfer speeds and the port functionality. Full testing methodology included below for your information, but really, the summary is all you need to know.Summary: It's a really striking looking hub in rose gold and to be honest, I didn't find anything to fault. The performance is great with the USB and SD card ports, and power delivery and HDMI also worked without issue. This hub is capable of outputting video to an external display, although you should remember that the USB C port on your computer or device must be able to display video over USB C to use the display features (not all USB C ports do).Pros & Cons:+ Good/expected: Almost no drop in performance for the USB 3 Type A, Micro SD and Power Delivery ports compared to plugging into the computer directly.+ Good/expected: HDMI port worked without issue.- Bad/disappointing: None.-----------------------------------------Testing methodology:- USB 3 type A: Control - 10 GBps SSD enclosure containing 3300 MB/s NVMe SSD plugged directly into a USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) Type A socket on the test PC (CrystalDiskMark benchmark 464.13 MB/s); Test - Same drive plugged into the 5Gbps USB 3 type A port on this hub.- Micro SD: Control - 128GB Lexar V30 Micro SD plugged into Transcend USB 3.1 reader (CrystalDiskMark benchmark 95.44 MB/s); Test - Same card plugged into the SD slot on this hub.- Power Delivery: Control - Measured using inline Type C Power monitor connected to 100W charger delivering power directly to a power bank capable of max 18W (9V 2A) charging; Test - Same, but through this hub instead of directly.- HDMI: Tested (display and audio) via connection to Samsung monitor and LG 4K TV using known good HDMI cableResults:- USB 3 Type A speed: 461.26 MB/s (2.87 MB/s slower than control)- Micro SD speed: 95.83 MB/s (0.39 MB/s faster than control)- Power Delivery: 52.40 W (1.5 W less than control)- HDMI out: OK (including audio delivery over HDMI)

Works except cant watch any streaming on any monitor now
This works which is great, I have 4 monitors to work with, but what I did not realise when purchasing was to make this work Screen Recording is enabled, and when that is enabled Apple disables streaming video, so you cant watch any videos on all these lovely big monitors I have in front of me.

One to keep with you
The media could not be loaded. Most TVs allow wireless "casting" but if you want to watch a film or video on your computer monitor this may be the way. It's just 1.6 by 4.2 by 0.5 inches yet taking a full-sized HDMI cable outputting up to 4K@60Hz connection is a breeze although you may have to tweak your speaker connection to get sound with it.Three USB-A 3.0 connectors and a USB-C 100-watt PD input with an 85-watt pass-through make it an option for the home office allowing the transfer of multiple file types through the SD and micro-SD card slots.Finished in a matt gold Aluminium case with matt black end-caps and a nylon braided cord terminating in a matt gold USB-C connector it looks great on any desk. One for the office or the laptop bag.

Excellent Build Quality, Portable & Versatile
This is surprisingly well made for the price. It feels like it's made out of a solid block of aluminium, very solid. The finish on the black version I have is almost matt, I assume it's anodised, and the USB C connector is also aluminium. It is really compact, about 11 cm x 4 cm x 1 cm, the only downside for me is the cable, it's very short, which doesn't work well on tablets and convertibles, since their ports are on the side, and the cable is too short for it to lay on the table or desk. It works fine if you are only using it with a laptop. The selection of ports is excellent, especially for such a small and portable dock, and so far everything has worked as described. Transfer speeds are fast, charging works fine, and it runs at 4K 60Hz through the HDMI Port reliably. The separate SD and Micro SD Card Slots are really convenient. The port labels are clear on this black version, since the text is white.Whilst writing this I thought of testing it out with an Android Phone, and it works! I can copy files to and from a Micro SD Card so it must have OTG functionality, this is really convenient to have in this tiny device. This is great value, it's reliable, very well-made, and versatile. I just wish the cable were a little longer, or were removable, so I could plug in a longer cable, other than that, I'm very happy with it.

Works well with my Thinkpad
I used this with an old-ish Thinkpad that has a single USB-C port. I had no problems with any of the ports on the device. No drivers were required. The HDMI functioned perfectly connected to a 4K TV, the PD 'thru' port allowed me to charge the Thinkpad via USB-C just as if I was charging it directly. The three USB ports worked fine also and seemed fast although I didn't test their throughput. It's clearly a quality adapter, with a high-quality metal casing, but its a shame it doesn't have an ethernet port also for completeness of connectivity. Still, doing without that makes it much slimmer.

From small phone screen to TV screen.
My primary reason for purchasing it was to connect my phone to the TV screen and it does just that. My only concern is that over time while the phone is in use the device would get very hot.

Completo - Compatto - Bello
