CRZ YOGAMid Waisted Dolphin Athletic Shorts for Women 4" Lightweight High Split for Gym Workout with Liner Quick Dry

Initially I was hesitant to purchase these shorts because I'm not really into the dolphin style for shorts, but I just wanted to try them out and see if I liked them. To my surprise, I ended up keeping it because the dolphin-style athletic shorts are an absolute game-changer. The mid-waist fit is super flattering, and the high split design allows for easy movement which I definitely need during Zumba classes. I like to wear it when I’m crushing a gym session or just lounging at home. The lightweight, quick-dry fabric keeps me cool and comfortable, and the built-in liner adds just the right amount of support and not restricting at all. Bonus points for how cute they look. I’ve worn them for yoga, running, and even as casual summer shorts, and they never disappoint. Definitely getting more colors and other styles.

My absolute favorite SHORTS I have them in 5 colors. A Lulu dupe but for half the price! I am an athletically built girly. Medium is perfect for me. So soft, stretchy and supportive. I pull them up to kind of be higher waisted but not too high. No pockets, not too short. Trust me you will never go back to Lulu

I’m obsessed with these shorts and I have 4 pairs now. I’m 5’7”, roughly a size US 4/6 with an athletic build and size small fit me best. I initially ordered a pair in medium and they still fit, they’re just a tiny bit more loose/flowy. These shorts are so comfortable and stay put while running, lifting, stretching, etc. and they’re super cute ◡̈

I have a pair of lululemon fast and free slit highrise shorts and these come very close! These are a bit tighter at the waist but compared to the squared off CRZ yoga shorts, these ride up a lot less, especially in the middle. For those with thicker thighs where your issue is riding up to the point of being underwear, these do a decent (yet not perfect) job. Better than some of the typical name brand running shorts that are out there! (Plus are way cheaper than lululemon, theirs are $78 for a pair like this!

I really like these shorts! I typically stick with bike shorts for exercise in the summer because I don't like when my thighs rub together. I've lost a little weight and figured I'd give these a try. Super comfortable! The material is thin which is great for hot weather. The built in liner has a lot of coverage and is comfy. I like it because you can't see the liner through the shorts. I'm 5'8" and 165 lbs for reference and ordered a large.

Cute but very high cut, and totally sheer. I liked them until I walked around, they are not for thighs that touch. My husband came home and was like wow, I can see right through them. I didn’t even realize. The small is also fairly uncomfortable and a bit tight which isn’t usual for me. No pockets also sucks.

Love these! Ended up buying a second pair as soon as I tried on the first. These are very flattering and comfortable.
